Delivery Time:

We process and dispatch orders within 48 hours after receipt of purchase orders from customers both for advance payment (Online payment) & Cash on deliveries. However, Orders placed on Fridays & holidays will be processed on the following business day. Our objective is to deliver our Customer’s orders without delays, however during holidays, Ramadan, Eid, Hajj and during Sale period the processing & delivery time may increase. Please note we can only dispatch your order Saturday to Thursday before 6pm unless otherwise agreed with our Delivery team Your order delivery status can be reviewed through Online or through the emails your receive from our Customer Support team.

Local Delivery:

We offer Free Delivery* (* For minimum purchases of KD. 20 & above in Kuwait, AED 250 in UAE & OMR 25 in Oman) on all the working days except Friday in Kuwait & Oman and Sunday in UAE.

International Delivery:

Sara Arabiaships our Customer’s orders daily all over the world by using professional courier services available. Customs duty may vary according to your order and shipping country. Customers has to pay duty on any order subject to customs clearance. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and someone is available to receive and sign for your order package. You cannot change the shipping address once it is shipped for that specific order. If your shipping address was incorrect and decide to change to a different address while the order is shipped already, you will need to pay for your order again and there will be no refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Customs policies, forces of nature, strikes, lockdowns etc. are excluded from the stated delivery time.
